Workout Calendar: Stamp Days is designed to work without an account or developer-operated online service.
The app stores the workout categories and dates you enter, along with app preferences, on your device. The developer does not receive, collect, sell, or share this information.
Depending on your Apple device and backup settings, app data may be included in backups managed by Apple. Those backups are governed by Apple's terms and privacy practices. The developer does not have access to them.
When you tap Copy for AI or Copy log, the app writes the displayed workout log to the iOS clipboard. This happens only after your action. The app does not read your clipboard and does not send the copied text to the developer or an AI service.
If you paste the log into another app or service, that third party's privacy policy applies to the information you provide there.
The current version has no account system, advertising, analytics, tracking, third-party software development kits, cloud synchronization, or developer-operated network service. It does not use HealthKit, location, camera, microphone, contacts, or photos.
You can change or remove stamped entries inside the app. Removing the app deletes its local data according to iOS behavior. Because the developer does not receive a copy of your journal, there is no developer account or server record to retrieve or delete.
This policy may be updated when the app's features or data practices change. The effective date at the top will identify the latest version.
