Workout Calendar: Stamp Days lets you stamp the workout categories you trained, review patterns over time, and copy a plain-text log for an AI assistant or trainer.

For help, bug reports, or feature requests, contact [email protected]. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and app version when reporting a problem. Do not include private workout information unless it is necessary to explain the issue.

Common questions

Where is my journal stored?

Entries and preferences are stored locally on your device. The app has no account, cloud sync, or developer-operated server.

Does the app send my log to an AI service?

No. Copy for AI prepares text and places it on the iOS clipboard after you tap the button. You decide whether and where to paste it.

Why can I stamp a category only once on a date?

The journal records whether each category was stamped on a date. It does not record multiple sessions, sets, repetitions, duration, weight, or intensity.

How do I change the stamp order?

On the main journal screen, tap Reorder beside Add a stamp, then drag the categories into your preferred order.

How do I remove a stamp?

Select the date, tap a stamped category, and choose Unstamp. You can use Undo immediately afterward if needed.

Can deleted data be restored?

The app has no server copy of your journal. Restoration may be possible only through Apple device backups you have configured.
