For faster help, include your iPhone model, iOS version, SunCheck Family app version, what you expected, and what happened. Remove or cover family members' names in screenshots. Please do not send children's full names, photos, or medical information.

Start or add a timer

1. On Home, select everyone who has just applied sunscreen.

2. Tap Sunscreen applied.

3. If iOS asks about notifications, choose the option you prefer. The in-app

   timer works even when notifications are off.

If someone applies later, tap Start another timer during the active session. Each person keeps an independent application and due time.

Manage a timer

• Tap Reapplied after sunscreen is reapplied to start a new two-hour timer.
• Tap Manage for more actions and timer details.
• Choose Swam / Sweated / Towel-dried to mark that person due now.
• Choose Done outside to stop only that person's timer.
• End the outdoor session to stop all remaining timers and reminders.

Ending a session keeps saved people for future outings and removes everyone added just for today.

If a reminder does not appear

1. In SunCheck Family, open Settings and check the notification status.

2. Tap Notification Settings and confirm that notifications and alerts are

   allowed for SunCheck Family.

3. Check Focus modes, Scheduled Summary, and other iOS notification settings.

4. Return to the app and check the in-app timer.
